Finance and Finance Minister Mehmet Şimşek evaluated the industrial production index data for the period November 2025 from his NSosyal account.
Şimşek pointed out that industrial production increased by 2.4 percent per year in calendar adjusted terms in November, and stated that the annual growth in the January-November period was 3.5 percent.
Simsek said:
“Monthly growth in 19 of 24 manufacturing sub-sectors shows that the improvement has spread across the board. The strong performance of capital goods and high-technology groups increases high value-added production and our medium to long-term growth potential.”
“In 2026, which we have declared the year of reforms, we will accelerate our policies based on the effective use of resources, taking into account employment and aiming at efficiency, competitiveness and a sustainability-oriented transformation in the sector.”
