TMSF has put four commercial and economic entities up for sale

TMSF published four sales announcements in the Official Gazette today.

Reyap Çorlu Hospital Commercial and Economic Integrity, Reyap Istanbul Hospital Commercial and Economic Integrity and Tekirova Turizm Hotel Commercial and Economic Integrity, which were acquired by the decision of the Fund Board from the ownership, rights and assets of the companies Reyap Medikal Hizmetleri AŞ, Reyap Sağlık Hizmetleri AŞ and Tekirova Turizm Yatırımları AŞ, which include the Fund was appointed, trustees were created and were offered for sale.

In addition, Royal Teos Hotel Commercial and Economic Integrity was also put up for sale, which was put up for sale by the decision of the Fund Board from the goods, rights and assets of Prs Otelcilik Turizm Taşımacılık ve İnşaat Ticaret Anonim Şirketi and their contracts, of which the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund was appointed as trustee, and the sale of which was decided.

The estimated price determined for the four economic integrity units was given at 11 billion 700 million lira.

The sales, which will take place at SDIF's headquarters in Esentepe, Istanbul, will be conducted using sealed envelopes and joint auction methods.
