TMSF has been appointed trustee for trading companies affiliated to Ahbap Association

According to the SDIF statement, as part of the investigation by the Istanbul Prosecutor General's Office, the Fund was appointed as the trustee of the commercial enterprises and subsidiaries of the Ahbap Association, and in a separate decision for the association, three people were directly appointed by the court as administrative trustees.

After considering the request of the General Prosecutor's Office, the 8th Justice of the Peace of Istanbul decided to transfer the management authority over all assets of the association to the administrative trustee. The decision stated that the association's activities had ceased, measures had been taken regarding its accounts and assets and the dissolution process had been initiated.

Lawyer Rıdvan Can, Lawyer Mustafa Göktuğ Kaya and Prof. as independent trustees in accordance with the Association Law and relevant laws for the management of real estate, vehicles and cash in bank accounts of the Association. Dr. Ahmet Kasım Han was appointed. The direct management of the association and the management of the subsidiaries is therefore maintained through different trust structures.

The court decision also stated that the association's subsidiaries were subject to trust management as part of fund management.

Accordingly, Ahbap Association Economic Enterprise affiliated to Ahbap Association, Ahbap Logistics Real Estate Consultancy and Construction Joint Stock Company, Zirve Music Production Organization Industry and Trade Limited Company, Globus Defense Industry and Information Joint Stock Company, Kanat Defense Industry Tourism and Trade Limited Company, Koşan Adam Music Production Management Services Tourism Advertising Sound and Light Systems Limited Company, Koşan Trade Food Cleaning Products Import Export Limited Company and Palmak Forest Products Industry and Trade Limited Company. SDIF became the trustee of the Limited Liability Company, Kuraf Huhn Design and Organization Limited Company, Akberg Şirince Winery Livestock Agricultural Products Food Tourism Industry and Trade Joint Stock Company, Sardes Durable Consumer Goods Industry and Trade Limited Company (former title: Protest Brand Event Organization Advertising Industry and Trade Limited Company), Sur Music Organization Ses Işık Sistemleri Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi and Ulubey İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited appointed Şirketi.
