According to the exam announcement on the GNAT website, deputy legislative experts are hired to work in the administrative organization of the institution in accordance with the provisions of the GNAT Presidency Legislative Expertise Regulation.
The entrance examination for the position of expert on legislative issues is based on the results of the public personnel selection examination (KPSS), which was conducted in 2024-2025 by the Center for Measurement, Selection and Placement for Group (A) positions. According to the KPSS results, candidates who score 70 out of 100 or more may apply for the position corresponding to only one of the KPSS score types in the attached list in the advertisement. Starting from the candidate with the highest score in terms of point types, four times the number of candidates will be called for the oral examination. Candidates who have the same number of points as the last candidate are also entitled to take part in the oral examination.
Applicants wishing to apply must meet the general conditions set out in Article 48 of the Civil Service Law, have graduated from the relevant faculties offering at least four years of basic training, as indicated in the attached list of the call for tenders, have obtained at least 70 or more points of the KPSS point types listed in the attached list, and have achieved the minimum score for the language and levels specified in the attached list in the call for unexpired examinations to determine the Levels of foreign language skills are indicated (YDS or e-YDS) carried out by ÖSYM. must have received the certificate and must not have reached the age of 35 by January 1, 2026.
Applications starting today and ending on April 15, 2026 will be submitted electronically via the website “https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/tbmm-baskanligi”. Applications submitted in person or by post will not be considered.
According to the ranking list to be established, the list of names of candidates eligible to participate in the oral examination will be announced on the official website of the Turkish Grand National Assembly. The invitation to the oral examination is made by announcing the location, day and time 15 days before the date of the oral examination; no separate notification will be made.
In the oral examination, candidates are responsible for the topics listed in Article 11 of the GNAT Presidency Legislative Expertise Regulation. To be successful in the oral exam, at least 70 points are required.
