The stock market ended the day at a record high

While the BIST 100 index increased by 70.89 points compared to the previous close, the total transaction volume reached 246 billion lira.

While the banking index gained 0.93 percent, the holding index lost 0.52 percent.

Among the industry indices, mining gained the most at 3.82 percent, while construction lost the most at 1.65 percent.

As global markets continue to be dominated by news flows from the US-Iran front, a mixed story is being observed.

Analysts stated that the data agenda tomorrow will be quiet in the country while tracking the consumer price index (CPI), the ZEW economic confidence index in Germany, the CPI and the federal budget balance in the US abroad, noting that 15,200 and 15,300 points in the BIST 100 index on the Istanbul Stock Exchange technically represent resistance and 15,000 and 14,900 points represent support.
