How high the lowest pension is will be clarified after today's evaluation. This proposal will also include a regulation to increase employer support for the minimum wage to 1270 lira.

The proposal on excessive site fees will also be submitted to the Turkish Grand National Assembly.

Güler will also submit to the Presidium of the Turkish Grand National Assembly the bill on excessive construction fees, which was prepared taking into account the complaints “I pay more fees than my rent.” According to this proposal, services such as renewal of equipment, infrastructure, maintenance, repairs and cleaning are initially planned by the management. Offers will be received for these services. The offers are presented to the floor owners for approval. Fees are charged at set rates for approved services. No contributions will be collected without approval.

The aim of the regulation is to make fee expenses transparent, to prevent high fees and to prevent related abuses.

In addition, this proposal gives rights holders a new option for agricultural land and some properties whose payments could not be made for various reasons and whose applications could not be completed for various reasons.
