The central bank's reserves reached $159.4 billion

CBRT announced weekly money and banking statistics.

Accordingly, as of June 5, the Central Bank's gross foreign exchange reserves increased by 1 billion 20 million dollars, reaching 54 billion 254 million dollars. Gross foreign exchange reserves as of May 26 were at the level of 53 billion 234 million dollars.

During this period, gold reserves decreased by $822 million, from $105 billion, 992 million to $105 billion, 170 million.

So, in the week of June 5, the Central Bank's total reserves increased by $198 million compared to the previous week, from $159 billion, 226 million to $159 billion, 424 million.
