Economist Tonguç Erbaş made the following assessments:
“I do not believe that there will be a change in policy, such as a change in interest rates or a transition from overnight financing to weekly financing. It is simply noted that, unlike the previous meeting, the text announces a more optimistic inflation expectation, demand has fallen, credit growth has slowed and a downward trend is expected in the coming days.”
