According to a statement from ULAK Communications, TEKNOFEST, which is organized in cooperation with many organizations that play a crucial role in the development of national technology in Turkey, will be held at Adana Şakirpaşa Airport between October 2 and 6.
Within the framework of TEKNOFEST, the wireless communication competition that will shape the future of local and national wireless communication technologies will meet with technology lovers for the first time.
The Wireless Communications Competition, organized by ULAK Communications, which develops local and national solutions for new generation technologies, offers young engineering candidates the opportunity to experience an exciting process in many areas, from designing new communication technologies to finding solutions to possible problems encountered. The aim of the competition is to increase knowledge of new communication technologies and to promote a trained workforce.
At the end of the competition there will be awards
Nearly 400 teams from all over Turkey applied for the competition. Approximately 100 of these teams submitted the system requirements definition document. As a result of the evaluations, 51 teams continued the competition by successfully completing the preliminary design eliminations. Teams that successfully pass the project detail report phase, which will be completed in July, will be eligible to participate in the final, which will be held in Antalya on September 5-8.
In the final phase, a total of 310,000 lira will be awarded, including 120,000 lira to the first team, 100,000 lira to the second team and 90,000 lira to the third team. These awards are given to the winners with the aim of encouraging the creativity and innovation of young engineers and technology enthusiasts.
Contestants will continue their work to achieve wireless communication between two points and transmit the fastest and most accurate data. The tasks expected of competitors include designing, producing and testing the most efficient communication system on an unlicensed carrier frequency.
