Family and Social Services Minister Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş announced that the monthly payments of social assistance programs were increased with the new regulation in the salary coefficient for civil servants in July.

Stating that under the new regulation, they will increasingly deposit the monthly payments of social assistance programs into the accounts of the beneficiaries, Göktaş explained that the old-age pension increased from 6,393 lira to 7,257 lira.

Minister Göktaş stated that the monthly salary of people with a disability rate between 40 and 69 percent was increased from 5,103 lira to 5,793 lira, the monthly salary of people with a disability rate of 70 percent and above was increased from 7,655 lira to 8,689 lira, and the monthly salary of disabled relatives paid to people with a disabled relative under the age of 18 was increased from 5,000 103 lira to 5 thousand 793 lira. transmitted.

Home care assistance was 15,755 lira

Stating that the monthly home care assistance to an average of 516,000 disabled people increased from 13,878 lira to 15,755 lira in the July-December period this year, Göktaş stated that they provided 48.6 billion lira of home care assistance this year.

Recalling that they provide SED services to families who need their children, Göktaş emphasized that in this context, the amount of economic support per child in the SED service increased from 9,723 lira to 11.38 lira.

Göktaş stated that the monthly average of payments to foster families per child was increased from 15,532 lira to 17,632 lira.
