EMRA's board decisions on this issue were published in the Official Journal.
Accordingly, the retail tariffs of Samgaz Doğal Gaz Dağıtım AŞ, Enerya Konya Gaz Dağıtım AŞ, Enerya Denizli Gaz Dağıtım AŞ and Torosgaz Isparta Burdur Doğalgaz Dağıtım AŞ were adjusted in the third tariff implementation period, which is the five-year period between 2022 and Covering 2026, revised.
As part of the retail tariffs, details on enterprise system usage fees and the calculation of the tariff application period, as well as the income requirements according to the income difference, have been reorganized.
Regulation on the diesel standard and the tariff for unlicensed production
EMRA has also made changes to the technical regulations for diesel types.
According to the decision, the entry into force date of the technical regulations for the function “Particle number greater than 4 microns” in the standard “TS EN 590 Motor vehicle fuels – diesel (diesel) – Requirements and test methods, December 2025” was set as June 1, 2027.
On the other hand, the authority has also taken a decision on the distribution fee to be applied to unlicensed power generation facilities.
Accordingly, with effect from June 1 until the publication of the President's decision, the “Unlicensed Producer-2” tariff will be applied as a distribution fee to unlicensed production facilities that have completed their 10-year period within the scope of the Law on the Use of Renewable Energy Resources for the Purpose of Electricity Generation.
