Elif Gökçearlan, President of the Research and Development Center for Labor and Social Insurance Research (Çasgem), which made statements about the new practice, recalled that the regulation, which came into force on December 31, 2024 and it is mandatory that the health and security measures for the less dangerous classes that are under 50 employees.

In this context, the employers or the employer's lawyer will carry out a risk assessment by training work health and security at the workplaces that Gökçearslan has stated that the measures are taken according to the danger classification.

There are about 2 million employers in the less dangerous class category

Gökçaarslan pointed out that they organize training courses on many topics in connection with working life as Çasgem, and explained that they have prepared a training package for employers who are active in the less dangerous class category among 50 employees within the framework of the new regulation.

Gökçearlan said that there are around 2 million employers in the category of less dangerous classes and that they continue to negotiate with many professional organizations and unions.

It is mandatory to get 16 hours of training

Employers who enter the Çasgem system must complete the training within 30 days. The certificate of employers who complete the training is automatically registered in the OHS Katip system.
