In his post on his social media account, Minister Bayraktar evaluated the ongoing energy exploration and production activities in the Tartı Tepe region of Siirt at an altitude of 2268 meters.

Bayraktar emphasized in his post that work had not slowed down despite the harsh winter conditions and high altitude:

We work continuously for our ideal of “totally independent Türkiye”, even on the peaks where snow and winter are the harshest, at an altitude of 2268 meters in the Tartı Tepe region of Siirt. No matter how challenging the geography and how difficult the conditions, we will continue to exist in every inch of the country for the well-being of our nation and the future of our country.

The messages also included images that reflected the difficult working conditions in the region and showed the dedicated work of employees.
