It was found that the dialogues in question continued despite the participant's warnings, that these insults were saved in the edited episode for evaluation purposes and that the moderator had not intervened in the situation.
For this reason, TV8 was fined for violating the principles of “respect for human dignity” and “no humiliation of people”.
An administrative penalty was imposed on the broadcaster for the derogatory and degrading language used in the program “Open Football” broadcast on Channel 26.
