Blocked from the US judge to Trump's “warfare” powers

In the United States, the previous dispute between Trump and the judicial organs have the public agenda again with a new incident.

The regional judge of Washington DC, James Boasberg, temporarily exposed his powers to deport the illegal immigrants, which Trump exercised again with his presidents signed on Saturday morning.

Judge Boasberg stopped the deportation of these people without hearing by determining the plaintiff in the application for the use of the “law of Follow -up”, which was applied by the Trump administration.

Boasberg instructed those who were deported in this context to return to the USA immediately when they are on the plane.

The Trump government is expected to carry the decision to a higher court.

Trump was only true for the law powers used in war

US President Trump has integrated a permit that was only used during the war to accelerate the deportation of immigrants who are connected to Aragua, the Venezolan passage.

Trump's “Act of the Battle against Enemies” in 1798 gives the President extraordinary powers to target immigrants without documents and to deport them.

The law in question was used to deport “active xenophobia” during the war of 1812, the Second World War and the Second World War.
