Roma Sivil Mahkemesi tarafından, 12 Nisan 1944'te 34 yaşındayken Calvi Dell'umbria (Terni) 'de bir Nazi Alayı tarafından öldürülen akrabalar lehine 400 binden fazla avroya tazminat verildi. The decision follows the case intended by the lawyer of man's family members, on the basis of law 179/2022 of the Draghi government which provided for the institution, at the Ministry of Economy, of a fund for the “refreshment of the damage suffered by the victims of war crimes and against humanity carried out on the Italian territory or in any case to the detriment of Italian citizens, by the forces of the third Reich in the period between September 1, 1939 and 8 Mayıs 1945 “.
