A digital participation platform was launched for the COP31 process

According to the foundation, the digital center created for the process of the 31st Conference of the Parties (COP31) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change provides a platform where non-state actors can freely exchange their opinions and suggestions.

Participants can present their opinions and projects in detail according to their areas of expertise.

With the COP31 Digital Coordination Center, participants can share their opinions and projects in detail according to their areas of expertise through the “Share your opinion” section on the website before the summit will be held in Türkiye from November 9 to 20, 2026.

Applications request comprehensive information on topics such as the thematic focus of the ideas, their compatibility with the climate and sustainability agenda, the target group and the expected impacts.

Criteria such as scalability, distribution and level of preparation of the projects presented are also taken into account in the evaluation process.

The aim is for institutions to contribute to the COP31-Türkiye process through the “Become a Stakeholder” section on the platform.

In this context, by sharing their national and international experiences, organizations can build partnerships in line with the priorities of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.

Through the platform, stakeholders can contribute to topics such as national pavilions, side events, thematic programs, policy dialogue, information products, pilot projects, capacity building activities, international partnerships, and communication and dissemination.
