Minister İbrahim Yumaklı made a statement on the support payment under the IPARD III program on his NSosyal account.
Stating that all 156 LAGs in 60 provinces that applied for the LEADER approach measure under the 6th application period of the IPARD III program were eligible for support, Yumaklı said: “156 LAG associations with a local development strategy budget of about 2.2 billion lira will be supported with 100 percent subsidy. Since the day of the implementation of the LEADER approach measure based on local participation in the Rural development based, 257 In total, the YEG association was granted grants amounting to 2.8 billion lira.” gave his assessment.
Stating that development strategies based on the needs of the region will be determined and implemented through YEG, which has the status of an association formed by many local actors, from farmers to non-governmental organizations, from women to young people, Yumaklı stated that they will continue to pave the way for participatory and sustainable development in rural areas and develop the local landscape during the IPARD III program period as well as the IPARD II period.
