Türkiye, when using productive artificial intelligence above the global average

Deloitte published the results of the report “Digital Consumer Trends 2024”.

The report created with a survey of 1002 people in Türkiye showed that users in Türkiye use artificial intelligence for 72 percent for personal purposes and 34 percent for 51 percent of education to increase productivity at work.

Awareness of artificial intelligence and the rate of use are at the highest level in Istanbul at 77 percent.

While the rate of artificial intelligence in Türkiye decreases in the course of age, the preferred productive artificial intelligence models were listed as a chatt, Gemini and Myai (Snapchat).

12 percent of participants use productive artificial intelligence per day, 37 percent per week, 18 percent once a month, 33 percent less.

Participants who do not use artificial intelligence often quote performance, data security and difficulties.

The use of artificial intelligence in the workplace is widespread

While the rate of artificial intelligence in Türkiye is 34 percent, 61 percent of these people benefit in business processes of vehicles for artificial intelligence.

Among the main areas of use of artificial intelligence in the workplace, the search for information is 58 percent, 47 percent of production, 43 percent of the letters of content, 40 percent of the translation, 34 percent of the text overview, 31 percent of data analysis and 30 percent.

47 percent of companies in Türkiye promote the use of productive artificial intelligence, but 74 percent of them are not sufficient to train employees.

It was found that individual users in Türkiye over the global average of 23.5 to 17.5 percent were productive vehicles for artificial intelligence. This rate has reached 27 percent among the employees encouraged by the company.

The report also contained problems such as subscriptions -based optional video services (SVOD), second device preferences, shopping trends about social media and internet connection speeds.

Hakan Göl, chairman of the Turkish technology and transformation services in Deloitte, emphasized that consciousness and use of artificial intelligence have increased quickly in both Turkiye and around the world.

“Artificial intelligence that emerges as a new field of cooperation in the digital world opens the door of a new era on a global level.” He said.

Although awareness and use in Türkiye increases, one of the two people did not use artificial intelligence, “artificial intelligence, especially the contribution and the productivity contribution of employees to business processes and efficiency contribution.
