Minister of Industry and Technology Kacır announced on his NSosyal account that Türkiye will host the 77th International Astronautical Congress (IAC) in Antalya from October 5 to 9, 2026.
Stating that the global agenda on the future of space will be shaped in Türkiye with scientific sessions, technology demonstrations and multi-stakeholder interactions at the event, which will be attended by more than 10,000 participants, Minister Kacır urged researchers to attend the congress:
“I invite our researchers to share our country's scientific and technological capacity and strong space vision with the world by applying for contributions. The deadline for abstract submission is February 28, 2026.”
