Tubitak will work together with UFUK -European countries on sensitive technologies

According to information received by Tubitak, “Tubitak-Fust European Country Sensitive Technologies 2025 Call” was opened in order to strengthen scientific and technological cooperation with cooperative F&E projects between the European countries of Turkey and UFUK countries.

The technological knowledge and experiences collected as part of the call of the call aim to research organizations and industrial companies in order to accelerate and guide the internationalization processes and to contribute to the development of strategic technologies.

Quante software is being developed

As part of the quantum calculation technology technology software projects from the thematic fields in the applications, the quantum calculation simulation instruments, error correction codes and new algorithms can be developed for machine learning of quantum calculation, and software for solving complex optimization problems in sectors such as finance, material sciences and drug discoveries is developed.

Quantum chips projects include the chip design, the development of hardware components and system integration.

Artificial intelligence from health to virtual reality

In artificial intelligence, all -purpose algorithms focus on basic research and the development phase. Productive technologies for artificial intelligence are applied to areas of robotic and industrial automation.

As part of productive solutions for artificial intelligence for aviation, pharmaceuticals and medical sectors such as aerodynamically more efficient aircraft parts and to create personalized treatment plans in the field of medicine or to analyze the risks of diseases from genetic data, can be developed.

Artificial intelligence projects for virtual worlds and video games, Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) aim to produce artificial intelligence -supported content for virtual worlds.

The coordination of the introduction of productive artificial intelligence in the industry and in the public sector will include f & e studies to facilitate the integration and widespread use of these technologies in the public sector services.

Projects related to space studies

Application issues include communication and network technologies, including telecommunications edges -Cloud distribution and devices, high successful calculation and semiconductor. Therefore, the design of new super computer architecture, parallel programming languages, climate modeling, astrophysics or molecular dynamics such as increasing the performance of scientific codes can be examined.

Project applications, space transport systems for autonomous digital solutions, design and simulation instruments, earth observation for space solutions and digital intermediaries as well as building blocks for satellite communication, in turn in the areas of cooperative straw observation and satellite communication for space solutions and building blocks.

Autonomous systems can be developed under these headings to ensure that spaceships work more efficiently and safely. For rockets, artificial intelligence -supported instructions and control systems on digital twin technologies can work for the planning and simulation of space tasks and the estimated algorithms that predict the challenges of the spacecraft during the task.

On the other hand, algorithms that automatically process and analyze, satellite images for applications such as environmental surveillance, agricultural efficiency or disaster management can be prepared. In addition, new digital solutions are being developed to improve the communication protocols between satellites or to transfer satellite dates to ground stations faster.

The applications include more durable, more energy -efficient and more compatible and compatible with 5G and 6G -end -Bis -end -Satcom -tom -Satcom -Satcom -tac Function, which increase the operational efficiency, common building blocks and processes for earth observations and satellite systems (reconstruction of orbit, intelligent computer science and improvement in company resistance).

Application criteria

While the project proposals to be presented are created in accordance with the technology preparation levels (THS) mentioned in these headings, applications from different THS levels are accepted in the specified thematic areas.

As part of the call, university institutions, educational and research hospitals, public institutions and organizations are supported as part of the University Act in Türkiye, which creates added value at the company level and has a trade registration certificate regardless of its sector and size.

In each project proposal, at least one institution/organization from the countries of Türkiye and UFUK are recorded as a project partner.

Call application data

The deadline for approval of the call is November 10th and November 17th for the electronic signature.

The panel rating will take place in November 2025-February 2026 and the start of the projects will take place in March 2026.

Applications are provided with electronic signature via the Tubitak project application system. During the application process, the documents must be uploaded to the system.

Project time and budget upper limit

The project time will be up to 24 months. With the exception of the contribution, institutional part and project bonus, which was requested by Tübsyak as part of a project, EUR 200,000 per project, 100,000 euros per project, education and research hospital as well as public institutions and organizations for private organizations will not exceed more than 200 thousand euros.

University institutions, training and research hospitals as well as public institutions and organizations are supported by 100 percent compared to their accepted budgets.

60 percent of the budgets that are recognized for large private organizations are supported 75 percent.

The scholarship is the language up to the doctoral research titles, depending on the fee, because they work or not, £ 5,000 to 36 thousand.
