TÜBİTAK will connect students with the world of science during the holidays

According to the statement on TÜBİTAK's website, 35 science centers will open their doors to children and young people with educational and entertainment activities.

Workshops and events for anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the world of science, make new discoveries and learn through experimentation appeal to all ages and offer a fun and educational holiday option.

Children will learn about the magical world of science

During the break, numerous events will take place in science centers in different provinces of Turkey to introduce children to the magical world of science.

As part of Digital Life Week at Konya Science Center, participants will have the opportunity to learn about digital skills such as computer-free coding, algorithm development, iconic games of the past and artificial intelligence. In addition, various workshops are offered where they can improve their craft skills and artistic thinking skills.

Gaziantep Müzeyyen Erkul Science Center welcomes science enthusiasts with workshops and activities in the exhibition area.

The workshops cover six different scientific topics. Every day between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., events are held in the exhibition area with the participation of parents, where thematic educational programs are organized in the areas of basic sciences, space and aviation, environment and renewable energy, climate change, artificial intelligence, digital life and children.

There will be grandfather-grandchildren events

The space, aviation and automobile exhibitions at the Aksaray Science Center are open to visitors daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Workshop events take place daily at 1:00 p.m., science shows take place at 2:30 p.m., and on November 16 there will be a special skywatching event bringing together science enthusiasts.

The “Grandfather-Grandchild Science Event” organized by Bilim Sincan (Ankara) aims to increase older people's interest in science and create memories by participating in scientific activities with their grandchildren. The event also offers grandparents and grandchildren the opportunity to explore science together.

They will design their own robots

Bilim Erzurum will also organize special workshop programs for children during the interim holidays.

Workshops aimed at different age groups include Introduction to Computing (ages 9-11), which teaches basic computer skills to children interested in getting into technology, and Coding My Robot workshop (ages 12-11). 14) Children can design and program their own robots. The Mixed Package Program for children aged 6 to 11 offers a comprehensive learning experience in various areas, from entrepreneurship to mathematics, from science to astronomy.

Science workshops, entertaining science shows and celebrations will take place as part of the “Children's Festival” in Şahinbey (Gaziantep). These activities help children explore science in a fun way.

Bilim Yunusemre (Manisa) will organize various workshops for primary and secondary students. Workshop topics include entrepreneurship, math, science and design workshops. 6-8. Grades and 3-5. Part of the program is also the “Agricultural Technologies Workshop”, which takes place at separate times for the grades.

The Technology and Entrepreneurship Workshop in Bilim Samsun is offered as a 4-day package program. This event provides participants with an educational experience in entrepreneurship and technology.

In addition to the workshop activities, theater and music performances will take place at Bilim Uşak on Wednesday, November 14th.

The interim break will be productive

During the break, children will have a fun and educational experience by participating in various activities such as science shows, robotics workshops, acquiring digital skills, science and entrepreneurship in science centers across Turkey.

Children who visit science centers with their families will spend their holidays productively and enjoy a different experience and discovery-filled activities every day.
