The Ukrainian special representative of US President Donald Trump, Keith Kellogg, Fox Business, took part in one program and assessed the Russian Ukraine caffeine process.
Kellogg: “We hope that President Putin (Istanbul) will come, then President Trump will be there. It can be a very good meeting with him.” he said.
Kellogg noted that a draft that ends the war between the two countries is already in the Kellogg. “We can say that these are the areas of which we believe they should be negotiated. He said.
Kellogg said that there were no peace negotiations without ceasefire and that they are ready to go to Istanbul.
