Traditional delicacies were introduced in Bulgaria as part of “Turkish cuisine Week”.

The Turkish cooking team, led by the head of the Confederation of all chefs and pastries and the Union of the Islamic chiefs in the world, prepared a presentation of types of food that is specific for all regions of the country.

With the specification of a special menu that was prepared with geographical marked and local products from 7 regions of Türkiye, Çulfaz said: “With this menu we wanted to try the valuable products of our country to the Bulgarian people and older guests.

Çulfaz has found that they made a presentation in 8 countries as part of the “Turkish kitchen week” programs, said:
