The regulation makes it possible for the agency, within the scope of the agency's tasks and activities, to establish private law companies in the field of space and aviation technologies at home and abroad with the approval of the President and to become shareholders in established companies and privileged ones to acquire shares in them, to acquire companies and to transfer the companies or shares that it owns.
