The requirements of the “technology badge” of technology and innovation -based initiatives have been announced

The “Regulation about the determination and certification of technology and innovation -oriented initiatives created by the Ministry of Industry and Technology” came into force in the official gazette after publication.

With the regulation, the procedures and principles in relation to the determination of initiatives were regulated with a scalable business model with technology and innovation base and the provision of technological badges for these initiatives.

In this way, initiatives that apply for the badge in question must promote SME qualification and independent companies in the status of a person or a capital company that is set up in Türkiye. In addition, these initiatives must be required at the time of the 15 years.

The badge will be a document that shows that the initiative has a technological and innovation -based, scalable business model.

The documents that are to be requested by the Enterprise to take the Technogiriş badge are determined by the National Technology General Directorate and announced on the corresponding website.

If the Directorate General recognizes a defect in the application form, it informs the initiative and calls for the defect within 90 days after recently. During this period, the evaluation process of the initiatives that do not complete the defects will be ended.

As a result of the evaluation, the negative right of decision against the decisions can be filed. The initiative must send the General Directorate in writing to him within 15 working days from the date of notification of the decision.

Bry valid for 3 years

The validity period of the Technogyright broker ends at the end of 3 years from the date of the document, regardless of the initiative's date. For the renewal of the badge on the announced website, the National Technology General Directorate must apply for the initiative during the specified period.

The certificate of the initiative, which does not apply for an extension within the specified period, is canceled. The application can be made again after 6 months after the date of the cancellation decision.

If the partnership structure of the initiative changes within the validity period of the Technogyright broker certificate, the general directorate must notify the general directorate within 90 days at the latest.
