The event, whose communication partner is TRT, will be held at Adana Airport under the main leadership of T3 Foundation and the Ministry of Industry and Technology, with the participation of 128 institutions, including public institutions, technology giants, universities and media organizations.
Elvan Kuzucu Hıdır, Chairman and General Manager of Turkish Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation), said in his assessment that from 2018 to 2024 there was an adventure full of excitement, passion, technology and science.
Recalling that they held a total of three TEKNOFESTs in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir last year for the 100th anniversary of the Republic, Hıdır explained that an intensive process has begun for them since August this year.
Emphasizing that technology competitions are the focus of TEKNOFEST, Hıdır said:
“We started 2018 with 14 different competitions. Now we hold TEKNOFEST technology competitions with 50 different competitions. Our competition categories have tripled in 7 years. Applications for our competitions have reached 1.6 million out of 20,000. Our competition applications have increased.” Therefore, in this process, on the one hand, applications are increasing and on the other hand, “we continue to improve the quality and content of our competitions.”

Stating that competitions were held in 11 different cities this year, Hıdır said that the winners of the technology competitions in 50 categories in Adana would receive their awards from President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
Hıdır said that the champions will receive a total of 1 million lira and that they will also start the “Champions League” competition where their social skills will be tested.
“Our competitors are building the technologies of the future”
Hıdır explained that large language models have an important place in the world:
“In this context, we organized a competition with our T3 AI program. We are holding a competition in the field of nuclear technology, the final of which will take place here. Quantum technologies are an area that we have been calling the technology of the future in recent years.” We have also opened a new competition in the quantum area. “In a sense, our competitors at TEKNOFEST are building the technologies of the future by developing technology in areas that have not yet become commercial products worldwide.”

Emphasizing that they aim to build self-confidence by explaining the work to young people, Hıdır gave the following evaluations:

Target of 10 million visitors in the 10th year
Stating that they expected intensive visitor participation in Adana, Hıdır invited citizens to Adana.
Hıdır emphasized that they organized TEKNOFEST for the 10th time this year and used the following statements:
“We want to have a total of more than 10 million visitors at our 10th TEKNOFEST. Together with TEKNOFEST Adana we will hopefully achieve 10 out of 10. In this regard, Elvan Kuzucu Hıdır reminded that they organized TEKNOFEST in Azerbaijan for the first time in 2022 and gave the following assessment:
