The Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) announced construction production index data for September.
Accordingly, the index rose by 29.9 percent on an annual basis in September.
When looking at the sub-sectors of the construction industry, it was shown that the index rose by 31.2 percent in the building construction sector, by 23.3 percent in the construction of non-structural structures and by 30.1 percent in the private construction sector in September compared to the same month last year.
The construction production index rose by 4.3 percent monthly in September.
The index rose in September compared to the previous month in building construction by 4.5 percent, in non-building construction by 3.2 percent and in private construction activity by 4.1 percent.
