The Mental Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) will meet Solated Policaus (PPK) tomorrow, chaired by Fatih Karahan, the President of the Central Bank.
The interest decision will be announced on the same day at 2 p.m. At the PPK meeting in July it was decided to reduce the tender interest from one week with political interest rates from 46 percent to 43 percent.

The Board of Directors is investigating the steps that are to be taken in a way in relation to the political interest rates, which provides the frequency required by the disinflation presented by taking into account the implementation of inflation, the main trend and expectations. The size of the steps is checked with an inflation -oriented, true and careful approach. In the event of a significant and permanent deterioration in inflation, all monetary policy instruments are used effectively.
In the case of developments outside the provision in the credit and deposit markets, the money transfer mechanism is supported by steps. The liquidity conditions are closely monitored and liquidity management tools are still used effectively.
The Board of Directors is investigating its political decisions in a way that corresponds to its goal of 5 percent in the medium term to ensure money and financial conditions. The board will make its decisions within a predictable, data -oriented and transparent framework. “
