Access via e-government
The system, commercial ads and advertising have been determined and the applications in the electronic environment and the decision-makers and test processes of the advertising committee were assessed in order to carry out the transparent, fast and effective way. In this regard, the applications for the system will be transferred to the agenda of the Board of Directors after the provisional examination level has been passed through. The board decides these applications at the meetings.
Consumers, consumer organizations, public institutions and organizations as well as real and legal entities can apply directly via e-government for the system. These applications are completed within an average of 1 month.
34,000 applications have been made to the system since last year
In this context, around 34,000 applications were placed on the system from January 2024 to the end of this year. About 35 percent of the applications examined by the advertising room found that legislation and administrative sanctions were applied. 90 percent of the applications were submitted by consumers and 10 percent of institutions and organizations.
Most of the symptoms were published for advertisements in digital environments, while complaints were forwarded in many areas, in particular advertising in the health and food sector.
