According to information from Tubitak, the European Commission is published by the European Commission for 2025, 2026 and 2027 for the international experienced researcher 3, which was supported in 2023 by the UFUK European MSCA Cofund program.
The program aims to carry out high -quality research in the leading academic and non -academic institutions of experienced researchers from all over the world through Türkiye.
The program in question offers research scholarships of up to 24 months with an additional time option for a maximum of 12 months in an out -academy organization within the Turkish research area (Taral).
Cocirculation3 supports the professional development of researchers through developed training, international cooperation and transitions between sectors and promotes information transfer between disciplines and sectors.
Türkiye is converted into a center of the attraction for researchers
The program, which is intended to strengthen the country's research and innovation ecosystem, is expected to contribute to the “opposite of the Brain Drain” by attracting the global skills for Türkiye.
The program aims to support the execution of post -doctoral researchers in the leading academic or industrial institutions of Turkey in the leading academic or industrial institutions of Türkiye and to make Türkiye a center of the attraction for post -doctoral researchers.

Supporting researchers are expected to carry out their research in an academic or non -academic institution in Türkiye for 24 months and a consultant. The program optionally offers an additional period of 12 months in an out -academy organization.
All researchers can apply
There is no age limit for the program. While researchers of all nationalities can apply for the program, there is no restriction in relation to the country where researchers come or go.
Applicants should be a post -doctoral researcher after the deadline for the application of the cup you have used, i.e. a doctoral degree and you shouldn't live in Torkiye more than 12 months before the cokirate's date of application.
The projects must meet the Roadmap Map “Green Growth Technology Road Map” and “Green Growth Technology Road Map” and “Priority Research, Development and Innovation (R&D/Innovation) Topics of the Türkiye” EU Green Consensus and Climate Change “process.
Researchers who are currently working permanently in the guest institution they propose will not be supported as part of the cocirration. However, these candidates can apply for another guest institution.
Turkish citizens who have previously received support from the researchers who have received support as part of the scope of cooperation or cocirration2 programs do not apply to the cocirration program with an obligatory service obligation in Türkiye for a scholarship and/or support.
Scope of support
As part of the program, 3,000 euros, 600 euros support, 1000 euros research, training and network operating support, 250 euros, 130 euros, 130 euros (130 euros to the institute) and 50 euros support to researchers.

Applications are received online via Tubitak management information system.
This year's call will be opened on September 1, 2025 and closed on December 1, 2025. A total of 33 researchers are financed. Call will open on August 3, 2026 next year and end on November 3, 2026 and 33 researchers will be supported. The call will open on July 1, 2027 the following year and ended on October 1, 2027 and 34 researchers.
