The opening ceremony also featured a performance by the Kyrgyz folk dance community.
First Lady Erdoğan, who cut the ribbon of the science center built in Bishkek after Azerbaijan and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, expressed her “good luck” wishes. First Lady Erdoğan, who visited the Science Center in Bishkek and chatted with the children, also shared her views on the issue after the opening. Erdogan; “I see this center as an important step towards training future scientists, engineers and young people who dream and turn their dreams into reality. We shared the joy of discovery of the Kyrgyz students who took part in robotics programming, mathematics, design, aviation and astronomy workshops. “I hope that the number of innovation centers offering applied training in five different workshops will increase, and I would like to thank those who have contributed to this,” he said.
Science Bishkek, conducted in collaboration with T3 Foundation, Kyrgyzpatent, Kyrgyz National University Cusup Balasagun and TIKA, will work to improve children's communication with science and inspire them in the fields of science and technology.
Training is offered on 11 different topics, from cybersecurity to artificial intelligence.
The workshops under the umbrella of Science Bishkek offer an exciting platform where children aged 6 to 14 come into contact with science and technology for the first time. While the astronomy and aviation workshop takes children into the mysterious world of the stars; The Natural Science Workshop paves the way for discoveries that awaken curiosity about the environment and nature. Technology, design and math workshops lay the foundation for children's future success with activities that develop problem-solving skills and support critical thinking. The DENEYAP Technology Workshop will expand students' project development skills through technology training on 11 different topics, from cybersecurity to artificial intelligence.
T3 Foundation Chairman Elvan Kuzucu Hıdır Bilim, who moderated the opening program, told the following about Bishkek.
