November inflation to be announced tomorrow – breaking news

November inflation figures, which represent the fifth inflation data of the second half of the year, will be announced tomorrow by the Turkish Statistics Institute (TUIK).

Millions of people will know the 5-month inflation rate, which will largely clarify the increases for civil servants and pensioners in January.

The change in CPI in October was 2.55 percent compared to the previous month, 28.63 percent compared to December last year, 32.87 percent compared to the same month last year and 37.15 percent compared to the 12-month averages.

In the second half of the year, the consumer price index rose by 2.06 percent in July, 2.04 percent in August, 3.23 percent in September and 2.55 percent in October.

The average of expectations was 1.31 percent

The expectations survey for November's inflation data was completed with the participation of 32 economists. The average monthly inflation expectation of the economists participating in the survey was 1.31 percent in November. Economists' inflation expectations for November were between 1 percent and 1.65 percent.

According to economists' average inflation expectations for November (1.31 percent), the annual inflation rate, which was 32.87 percent in the previous month, is expected to fall to 31.65 percent in November.

On the other hand, economists' inflation expectations for the end of 2025 were 31.89 percent as of November. Economists' inflation expectations for the end of the year were between 31 percent and 32.51 percent.
