In the competition organized in two main categories: the basic category and sub -category is the main category of the basic category; The category “concept design” and “detailed design category” are divided into two different categories. In the basic category, “Conceptual Design” and “Bachelor teams” can compete in all subcategories. The basic category “Detail Design” Level “Schult teams” and “professional teams” can compete in all categories, including a total of 3 different types of team types.
Bachelort teams: Independent teams that consist of all students and do not represent a specific university or faculty. These teams can only be limited to Bachelor participants. Bachelor's teams were able to take part in all categories under the “Basic Category Country Design” and the main title.
School teams: Applied activities of the same university activities and (understanding, master master, doctors, intermital) students. While the school teams only compete in the detailed detail, they are entitled to the infrastructure -Incentive Award.
Professional teams: It consists of teams founded by academics, sector employees or individuals from various universities and disciplines.

International students, doctoral students, doctoral students and graduates, academics and sparkling wine employees took part in the basic category competition. 28 teams applied for a total of 28 teams and 10 of these teams were entitled to the final process. A total of 57 teams were used in the subcategory and 17 teams were entitled to take part in the final process.
A total of 19 million 650 thousand TL are distributed to the teams in competition. In the basic category, the details design gains 1 million TL, the second 500,000 TL, the third 300,000 TL, the first in the conceptual design 400,000 TL, the second 300,000 TL, the third is awarded 200,000 TL. In addition, the first school team is awarded the first school team as part of the Academic Incentive Award in the Detail Design category.
