According to the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre, artificial intelligence studies are being carried out in land registries to speed up transactions.
In this context, software processing robots are increasingly being used in busy land registry offices, which make it possible to prepare some transactions using virtual intelligence and transmit them to the relevant administrative staff without human intervention.
Robots work separately on virtual machines in 96 land registry offices. The development work is continued by the General Directorate.
How do robots supported by artificial intelligence work?
Applications for transactions created in Web Tapu and robot-enabled are sent to the robot user via services.
After preparing the transactions in the TAKBİS interface, the robots write the necessary declarations and forward the applications to the automatic transfer pool through the services.
These applications are distributed from the transfer pool to the management staff and the transactions are prepared.
