“Writes Elsass and Brown Sugar,” writes Elsass: “But the curve ball here is apple cider vinegar that only adds a ton of larger Apple applicors, but also gives the cake a high, fluffy lift.”
Note: The remaining cake can be covered and left at room temperature for up to 3 days or cooled for up to 5 days.
