Teknofest, the world's largest aviation, spatial and technology festival in the world, will take place from May 1 to 4 at the former Ercan airport.
Teknofest has applied for the TRNC over 47,000 competitors from 22 different countries. In Addition to Turkey and the Trnc, Afghanistan, Germany, Albania, Australia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burundi, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo, Macedonia, Mali, Egypistan, Pakdi Arabia, Sudan, Sudan, Tunisia and Uzbekistan.
Teknofest was entitled to become a total of 268 teams and 1083 members as part of the TRNC. 334 of the finalists were women and 749 were male members. The competitions take place in 6 main and 13 subcategories.

Elvan Kuzuucu Hıdır, chairman of the board of the T3 Foundation, explained that they wanted to strengthen this bond with science and technology.
Hıdır emphasized that the vision of the national technology chief lies not only with the borders of Türkiye, but also with friendly and fraternal geographies. With this in mind, we organized Teknofest in Azerbaijan for the first time in Turkey in 2022.
Hıdır explained that they want to have a full and beautiful festival in the TRNC by broadcasting both competitions and various activities in the festival area.

There will be many activities from Planetarium to XR Experience area
Many activities are transferred to the exhibition of the aircraft to the planetarium, from pedal flight activities to stage shows, from the “First Flight” event to the concerts, from pedal flight activities to stage shows.
The planetarium offers a travel and visual festival that extends from the bottom of a dome to the depth of the room and takes place in Teknofest TRNC. With the Türksat Satellite Systems XR Experience, users can interact and observe how to communicate from space to the world with an interactive Turksat communication satellite.
Numerous aircraft do flight shows
Visitors can experience fictions that are inspired by the post of astronaut Alper Gezeravcı at the International Department of Space Station (ISS). In the FPV drone department, a realistic drone flight experience on the iconic structures of Istanbul can be experienced by attaching FPV glasses.
