Organized by SAHA Istanbul, Europe's largest industrial cluster, SAHA EXPO will take place at the Istanbul Expo Center (IFM). Companies exhibit their technologies at the trade fair, which is attended by 1,478 companies from more than 120 countries.
The fair, organized under the auspices of the Presidency and with the support of 6 ministries and the Presidency of the Defense Industry, will welcome its visitors until October 26.
7 Roketsan cooperation agreements
Numerous cooperation agreements between institutions are also signed at the fair. On the third day of the exhibition, a framework agreement was signed between Roketsan and HAVELSAN Teknoloji Radar for “Technology Kırıkkale electronic security system installation” and between Roketsan and Tualcom for “Communication and E/H system supply” -2 was signed between Roketsan and Kale R&D. The contract amendment was signed.
Roketsan also signed agreements with Meteksan for the supply of radar altimeters within the framework of Atmaca Block-1 Period-2, with Opsin Elektro for the supply of E/O sensor system with laser target marking OLD-50 and with ASPİLSAN for the Orka Project battery pack development project and for working with Titra.
Apart from these agreements, a cooperation signing ceremony regarding the Talan Mobile Target Systems Battery took place between ASPİLSAN and Gön Defense. A goodwill agreement was signed between STM and ASPİLSAN for the development of batteries for mini-UAV systems.
The agreements aim to increase cooperation in the defense industry.
The HİSAR and SİPER purchase agreement for additional batteries was signed between the Defense Industry Presidency (SSB), ASELSAN and Roketsan on the second day of the exhibition.
The ceremony was attended by SSB President Haluk Görgün and managers from contracting partner institutions.
Aircraft ammunition supply project (LGK-82/84 FAZ-2), (KGK-82/83), (HGK-83), Engin maritime surveillance radar mass production project, fixed early warning radar systems (SERALP) between SSB and ASELSAN. Agreements were signed for the serial production of the project and the development of the ASELPOD-2 targeting system.
The agreements reached under Görgün's supervision are intended to strengthen the unity of forces in the defense industry.
