The system developed by LetsParky, which offers alternative solutions for parking space management, prevents the use of parking spaces and charging stations for electric vehicles by foreign vehicles.

The system that prevents unauthorized use of intelligent parking barriers is controlled via a mobile phone. The app also allows you to share parking spaces and who can park there and under what conditions.

The company's founder Gökhan Hıncal said that with the support of TÜBİTAK, they conducted some studies to eliminate the “occupancy problem” at electric vehicle charging stations.

Pointing out that electric vehicle charging infrastructure is growing rapidly, Hıncal stated that Turkey is one of the best performing countries in the world in this area.

Hıncal pointed out that the biggest problem facing the sector is that the stations are occupied by uncharged vehicles, explaining that this problem is also observed in many countries where the use of electric vehicles is widespread.
