The CBRT has changed the POS commission rates.
As part of the change area, the rate of 3.56 percent of the POS commission for member workstations, which were made with maps with maps, was separated for credit card and debit card.
Accordingly, the ratio used in credit card transactions did not change, while the maximum POS commission set in the transactions carried out in the bank cards was reduced to 1.04 percent. When paying the POS commission, the number of 40 days maximum blocked days was determined as a maximum of 15 days for bank cards.
The POS commission is bought for the costs for the operation of card systems. In contrast to debit cards for credit cards, there are additional financing costs due to the loan due to the card holder. With the new regulation, the relationship between commission in debit cards was determined in a way that does not contain these financing costs.
The prices set for bank cards also apply to the payment of prepaid cards and account payments and will be put into force from November 1st.
