Accordingly, Bezos plans to sell 25 million Amazon shares for the period until the end of May 29, 2026.
The amount of the planned sale is calculated taking into account the current share price for Amazon in the amount of approximately 4.8 billion US dollars.
Bezos, who left the company's top management in 2021, was still Amazon's largest shareholder.
Last year, Bezos sold an Amazon shares worth 13.5 billion US dollars and sold a company shares for the first time in 2021.
