According to the ministry, applications will begin on Monday for 500,000 social housing projects to be built in 81 provinces by the Mass Housing Administration (TOKİ) under the slogan “Turkey is the homeowner.”
Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum also shared details of the application calendar for the project on his NSosyal account with the message “Applications for the housing project of the century begin on Monday.”
Accordingly, applications will be made through e-government or Ziraat Bank, Halk Bank and Emlak Katılım Bankası branches.
Density measures for e-government applications
In order to reduce the systemic density of applications via e-government, applications will be accepted in the first 5 days of the campaign according to the last digit of the TR ID number.
Those whose TR ID number has the last digit “0” on November 10th, “2” on November 11th, “4” on November 12th, “6” on November 13th and “8” on November 14th are eligible to apply.
From November 15th, anyone can apply, regardless of their ID number.
No identification number is required for applications at authorized bank branches.
No registration fee is charged to families of martyrs and veterans.
The deadline for submitting applications via e-government is December 18th and the deadline for submitting applications in bank branches is December 19th.
Applications for families of martyrs, terrorists, war and service disabled people can only be made through branches without charging an application fee.
