It was also noted that the decree will direct the Ministry of Defense and Energy to lease to the private sector federal territories where artificial intelligence infrastructure can be quickly built, thereby accelerating the transition to clean energy.

On the other hand, the statement said that the creation of artificial intelligence infrastructure should support clean energy and low consumer prices, as well as increase national security and competition.
