Organized by the Turkish Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation) and the Ministry of Industry and Technology, TEKNOFEST hosts numerous activities such as technology competitions, air shows, concerts, lectures and events on various topics.
The aim of the event is to increase interest in technology in society and raise awareness of Turkey's transformation into a society that produces and develops technology.
1 million 630 thousand participants and 788 thousand 161 teams applied for the technology competitions of TEKNOFEST 2024, which will be held in Adana this year. Last year, 1 million participants and 337,000 744 teams took part in TEKNOFEST.
To the TEKNOFEST; 20,000 participants and 4,000 333 teams in 2018, 50,000 participants and 17,000 373 teams in 2019, 100,000 participants and 20,000 197 teams in 2020, 200,000 participants and 44,000 912 teams in 2021, 2022. 600,000 participants and 154,000 took part in 34 teams part.
“TEKNOFEST 2024 will break its own records”
Selçuk Bayraktar, Chairman of the TEKNOFEST Board of Directors and Board of Trustees of T3 Foundation, in his contribution on the topic “The huge undercurrent of the move, TEKNOFEST 2024 will break its own records,” he said.
This year TEKNOFEST is holding technology competitions in 46 main categories and 117 subcategories.
