The authors of YÖK doctoral theses, which include topics related to the thematic program announced by TÜBA every year, are individually active in the fields of technology and design, information and communication technologies, education, health, agricultural and ecological technologies and biotechnology, and international relations , development policy, educational approaches and security. Students can apply in areas of the social sciences that involve policy issues. The application is done digitally.
Participation in the TÜBA-TEKNOFEST Doctoral Science Awards competition, which is organized to promote, support and reward doctoral theses written in our country, is possible in various subjects.
In the field of technology and design, there are artificial intelligence, machine learning, autonomous systems, robotics and mechatronic systems, modeling and simulation technologies, energy, hybrid and electric vehicle technologies, aerospace and unmanned underwater systems technologies, and information and communications technologies (Cyber) (including security and cryptology) are among the subjects eligible for entry into the competition.
In addition, National Technology Move education, health, agricultural and ecological technologies, biotechnology and international relations, development policy, educational approaches and security policy are among the content in which young people can participate in the competition.
In the prize program, in which doctoral theses are evaluated through scientific evaluation procedures, the first place winner of the dissertation will receive 75,000 TL, the second place winner will receive 60,000 TL, and the third place winner will receive 50,000 TL.
The application deadline for the competition ends on March 15, 2024.
