Turkey's fourth operator started recruiting subscribers

Netgsm CEO Adem Öcal said that the company provides services with landline telephone, virtual mobile phone, Internet service provider and communication infrastructure licenses that it received from the Information Technology and Communications Authority (BTK) of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure in the year 2009.

Stating that they have built GSM core network infrastructures within the framework of virtual mobile network services for the first time in mobile services, Öcal stated that they received the number block 0510 22X XXXX from BTK and started providing services on a test basis last year.

Öcal announced that with almost 200,000 VoIP/SMS/Internet subscribers they had risen to 4th place behind the privileged group companies in the area of ​​landline telephone services.


“We develop most of our software with TÜBİTAK-supported R&D projects”

Öcal emphasized that they prioritize the development of the majority of the software they use in the infrastructure with research and development projects supported by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK), stating that They have good employees, their own data center, experience and infrastructure in the Turkish electronics and software industry.
