The “Artificial Intelligence Supported Logistics Mainline Optimization Competition”, organized as part of TEKNOFEST in collaboration with Hepsiburada, aims to increase costs and efficiency in long-distance transport by combining machine learning and mathematical optimization techniques.
Participants are expected to develop models that predict daily freight demand and use this data to design algorithms that create the most cost-effective transportation plan between the fixed rental vehicle fleet and the spot vehicle pool.
The teams have the opportunity to work individually on real logistics problems and offer innovative and applicable solutions.
Who can participate?
Teams consisting of a minimum of two and a maximum of four people can take part in the competition. Consultants are not included in the number of teams. The competition is open to associate, bachelor's, master's and doctoral students, but graduates can also apply if more than one academic year has passed since graduation.

The winning teams will receive great prizes: the first team will receive 150,000 TL, the second team will receive 120,000 TL and the third team will receive 100,000 TL. In addition, participants have the opportunity to meet industry experts, develop their projects and get a good start in their career.
