Genocidal Israel's intense airstrikes on Lebanon on March 2 continue.
According to Lebanon's official agency NNA, Israeli warplanes targeted the southern towns of Upper Nabatiyeh, Hirbit Silim and Jibel Batim.
The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced that six people were killed and five injured in the attack on the town of Hirbit Silim.
Three people were reportedly killed in the airstrike on a cafe in the city of Cibel Batım.
Killer Israel attacks Lebanon
The March 2 statement from the Israeli occupation army said sirens had been activated in the north of the country after it was determined that a rocket had been fired from Lebanon.
Then the Israeli army, which announced that it had launched airstrikes across Lebanon and targeted the capital Beirut, decided to expand its land occupation in Lebanon, where it launched heavy air and sea attacks.
The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced that 294 people died and 1,023 people were injured in Israeli attacks on Lebanon since March 2.
