According to NATO's written statement on the issue, 150 leading companies from 24 NATO countries have been selected to receive support under the 2026 Challenge Program.

With the launch of the program in January 2026, selected companies will receive contractual funding and can benefit from the DIANA network of 16 accelerator centers and over 200 test facilities in 32 NATO countries.
