The application will cover the public service areas (such as school, hospital, municipal service area, official division) for many years, but for many years the expropriated packages that the public sector could not pass through the zone application, including the packages, which were formed by the proportions for zoneing plan and the shares of the public partnership before 2019.
Legal disputes are enclosed
Due to the fact that all or part of the citizens' packages remain in the areas of public services, the legal disputes that result from the inability to give the right to construction work will be eliminated and their symptoms are prevented.
In addition, the zoning rights that correspond to the package/shares that the citizens cannot use are used in another area determined by the decision of the zoning plan. While the citizens have the right to zoning on the one hand, new service areas are brought to the public and everyone is carried out in favor of the public and society.
On the other hand, there will be no confiscation of the ownership of the citizen in the transfer of zoning rights. On the contrary, the right to zoning is transferred to the owner of the immovable property and the right to reconstruction is carried out with the mutual consent of the owner.
All transactions are determined in accordance with the expropriation law, the independent evaluation institutions that have received a license from the Capital Markets Board in accordance with the principles of real estate evaluation. Citizens are not victims.
Legal disputes between public institutions and local governments and citizens are thus resolved without both sides contributing financial burdens. The transfer of zoning rights is carried out by the administrations, which were authorized to approve the zoning plan as part of the authority of the authority (local government/ministries).
Parliament plans are announced via e-government
The admission of the Parceling monitoring system (Parshop) developed by the ministry became mandatory.
Therefore, citizens can be able to learn the administrative procedures such as a package procedure/hanging announcement that concerns immovable property through e-government. It will be able to access all information about the immovable property as part of the package via the ParsID that works with e-government.
In addition, citizens can issue objections via e-government without going to the responsible administration.
